Zenith Legacy Foundation provides grants to registered charities in England and Wales, with a clear focus on supporting organisations that directly address some of the most pressing social needs. The Foundation will prioritise applications from charities engaged in (1) the relief of individuals who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of homelessness, (2) the relief of those requiring hospice care, and (3) the relief of veterans and their families who are facing financial hardship or physical or mental ill health. The Foundation's funding priorities will be reviewed on an annual basis to ensure ongoing relevance and effectiveness, and any revisions will continue to align with its charitable purposes while responding to current needs, outcome data, and emerging risks or opportunities identified through trustee review.

The Foundation, under the oversight of Hari Shankar Tibrewala, is committed to maintaining a responsive and transparent approach to its funding framework. The Foundation's funding priorities will therefore be reviewed annually to ensure they remain aligned with its charitable objectives and responsive to evolving societal needs. Any adjustments to these priorities will be informed by current needs assessments, outcomes data, and any emerging risks or opportunities identified through trustee evaluation.
